Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AwardStream, operated by H4S LLC ("H4S", "we"). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them.
The service
AwardStream helps you search public contracting notices, research incumbents, build sourced price estimates, and draft and audit proposal sections. It is a research and drafting tool. It is not legal, accounting or contracting advice, and it does not submit bids for you.
Your responsibilities
- You review every draft, price and claim before you rely on it or submit it. AI-generated text can be wrong or incomplete.
- You are responsible for meeting each solicitation's requirements, deadlines and certifications, and for the accuracy of anything you submit under your name.
- We do not guarantee that any bid will be competitive or won.
- Do not upload controlled unclassified information (CUI), classified material, export-controlled data, or other information you are not cleared or permitted to share with a commercial cloud service. Uploads are processed by the service providers listed in the privacy policy.
- Keep your password and any API keys you add secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Plans and billing
Monthly is $149 per month. Annual is $1,500 per year. Each billing period includes 10 proposals. Each proposal includes two drafts per section, one audit, and two revisions that are each re-audited. Searches and analysis do not count toward the allowance. Additional proposals are $9 each. Plans renew automatically until canceled. Payment is by card through Stripe. You can cancel any time from the Billing screen, and access continues to the end of the paid period. Once you generate a draft, audit or pricing output, the service has been delivered and the charge is final. By subscribing you agree not to dispute a charge for a period in which you used the service, and we may provide usage records to your card issuer in response to any dispute. See the refund policy.
Public data and third-party sources
Results come from public sources such as SAM.gov, USAspending, DLA DIBBS, Grants.gov and state procurement portals. We do not control those sources, and they can be incomplete, delayed or unavailable. State portal pulls show what each portal exposes. Open the portal for additional opportunities. Your own SAM.gov and GSA keys are subject to those agencies' terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of your company profile, bids and drafts. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service for you. You can download or delete your work.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, resell access, or use it to violate law or procurement rules. We may suspend accounts that do.
No warranty and limits of liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, H4S is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost bids or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
