Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time

Cancel from the Billing screen. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and it will not renew.

Monthly plan: charges for the current month are not refunded after the period begins.
Annual plan: if you contact us within 7 days of the first annual charge and have not generated any draft, audit or pricing output, we refund it in full. After that, annual charges are not refunded for unused months.
Additional proposals ($9): not refundable once the proposal has been started.
Once you have generated a draft, audit or pricing output, the service has been delivered and the charge is final, whatever the outcome of any bid.
Winning, losing or not submitting a bid does not change what you owe. We do not refund based on bid results.
Billing errors, duplicate charges, and charges you did not authorize are always refunded.
