Privacy Policy

This policy explains what H4S LLC collects through AwardStream and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a password (stored hashed by our authentication provider).
• Work data: your company profile, saved pursuits, pricing inputs, uploaded solicitation files, and the drafts and audits generated for you.
• Keys you add: your SAM.gov and GSA keys, stored encrypted.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We receive your plan, subscription status and a customer reference. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical logs, such as request times and error records, used to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide the service, process payments, enforce plan allowances, prevent abuse, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your data or use your work to advertise to others.

Service providers

• Supabase: authentication and database storage.
• Netlify: website and server hosting.
• Stripe: card payments and billing.
• AI model providers, accessed through OpenRouter: the text you submit for drafting, analysis and audit is sent to these providers to generate results.
• Public data sources you search, such as SAM.gov and USAspending: queries you run are sent to them.

Separation of accounts

Each account sees only its own data. Database access rules enforce that separation.

Sensitive information

Do not upload CUI, classified or export-controlled material. See the terms.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can download your work at any time. Email us to delete your account and stored data, subject to records we must keep for billing and legal reasons.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion by email. We will respond within a reasonable time.
