Saved discovery filters

An empty profile selection uses all existing saved SAM profiles. A capped run rotates through queries over time. Set-aside lanes, NAICS and PSC filters come from those profiles.

Up to 10 watches. Empty means no scheduled DIBBS searches. DIBBS can reject server requests; failures appear in the run notes.

SAM.gov opportunity search

Multi-profile SAM.gov queries for H4S Consulting (UEI H3X1FFR313W3)
SAM.gov access Checking...
SAM.gov search works with your own free SAM.gov key (add it on the API keys page) or, within a small daily allowance, the shared key. Without a key, state portals, incumbent research from USAspending, pricing, NSN lookup and proposal drafting still work.
Search window
Search groups (all selected by default)
New NAICS and PSC groups search independently across all notice types, nationwide. The first six legacy profiles retain their narrower filters. Each batch stops after 20 requests, including pagination. Continue explicitly to search the remainder. This is a per-batch guard, not a daily quota tracker.
Search coverage
My NAICS codes
Remove codes you do not bid on, or add your own. Your next search uses this list. In All notices, each notice gets a NAICS score: 60 when its primary NAICS is in your list (40 if it matches only through another code you listed), plus 20 for each additional code of yours it matches, up to 100.

Summary

Days leftTitleSolicitation #DeadlineLinkBid pipeline
NSNs are extracted from notice title text with a regex pattern (4-2-3-4 digit format). SAM.gov's API has no structured NSN field, so treat each row as "found in text, not verified" and confirm quantity, part number, and delivery terms against the source document. For DLA-managed items, cross-check on DIBBS.

More opportunity sources

On-demand search of public sources beyond SAM.gov: civilian notices, DLA RFQs, DoD SBIR topics, agency forecasts, grants, and all 50 state portals
Each source runs only when you click Search, once per click, with no schedule. Sources fail independently. Set-aside focus filters forecasts and DIBBS by their set-aside field. FedConnect has no set-aside field. Grants.gov uses its small-business eligibility filter. All DSIP topics are small business by statute. SAM.gov veteran and small business set-asides across all notice types are on the SAM.gov search page (groups H4S-16 and H4S-17).
SourceTitleAgencyNAICS / PSCSet-asideDue or awardBid pipeline
Pursue saves opportunities, RFQs and SBIR topics to the Bid pipeline and opens a linked proposal workspace, with no downloads or model calls. Watch saves forecasts and grants as Watching, because no solicitation exists yet. Duplicates are skipped by solicitation number or source ID.

Incumbent & price research

USAspending.gov and SAM.gov Contract Awards (the FPDS successor). Run this before writing a Sources Sought response.
Querying USAspending.gov and SAM.gov...
Top recipients by NAICS over the selected window from two sources, plus recent awards with agency, NAICS, PSC, set-aside, competition and completion dates. SAM.gov shows awards that end soon, which can point to a recompete. SAM.gov hides DoD awards signed in the last 90 days from non-DoD keys, so a new defense award may be missing. If none of the top recipients carry a small-business or SDVOSB profile, that's usually a subcontract lane, not a set-aside.

SBIR / STTR (DoD via DSIP)

Authoritative source: dodsbirsttr.mil
SBIR.gov's public Topic/Award API returns "Forbidden" from its own gateway (verified live). For DoD topics, which is where AI and cyber work fits, DSIP at dodsbirsttr.mil is authoritative. Its search endpoint sits behind bot protection that blocks stateless serverless calls, so use the direct links.
Once a DoD release opens, direct contact with topic authors is prohibited. Pre-release is the window where you can still talk to authors, and it's the highest-value period in the cycle.

NSN vendor finder

Enter an NSN. Returns approved-source vendors from DLA FLIS with small-biz / SDVOSB flags and mail-merge templates.
Searching FLIS...
FLIS only publishes vendor names + addresses. No phone numbers, no emails. Use the mailto templates below with the addresses shown, or look up phone via SAM.gov entity search or the vendor's website.

Audit

Upload your edited proposal and run a contracting-officer style red-team review against the solicitation documents. You get a gate status, prioritized findings with citations, a compliance matrix, an evaluator scorecard, a claims ledger and the fixes for your final draft.
